Held on $100,000 cash or $1,000,000 surety bail with potential of bail revocation until 9/26/18 for pretrial conference.

Isaiah S. Surdam, 33, Newport, Vt. Charges of a marked lanes violation, failure to signal, trafficking in cocaine, 36 grams or more, less than 100 grams, trafficking in heroine/morphine/opium , 18 grams or more, less than 36 grams and conspiracy to violate drug law. Held on $15,000 cash or $150,000 surety bail with potential of bail revocation until 9/20/18 for bind over hearing.

Daysha Manzano, 25, Holyoke. One count of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Dismissed upon payment of $50 court costs to be paid by 10/5/18.

Kiara L. Moore, 19, Beech Street, Greenfield. Found not responsible for no inspection/sticker. Placed on pretrial probation until 8/23/19 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of Class B drug, and five counts of possession of Class E drug.

Jarrell Q. Washington, 29, Burlington, Vt. Operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Jessica Burgess, 40, Chestnut Hill Road, Athol. Charged with trespassing, an uninsured motor vehicle, a number plate violation to conceal ID and an unregistered motor vehicle. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for 9/11/18.

Jennifer L. Lopez, 34, Morse Place, Athol. Released on personal recognizance with probation special conditions to stay away from/have no contact with victim. Charged with assault and battery on family/household member. Pretrial hearing set for 9/11/18.

Russell M. Griffin, 36, Pleasant Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime. Released on personal recognizance and probation with special conditions. Must stay away and have no contact with named individual. Must remain drug and alcohol free, take random screens and sign releases. Pretrial hearing set for 10/02/18.

Shaniqua Harper, 24, Ridge Avenue, Athol. Charged with assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Released on personal recognizance and probation with special conditions. Must stay away from have no contact with the victim. Pretrial hearing is set for 9/11/19.

Greenfield, Aug. 27, Judge William F. Mazanec III

Tamisha L. Matos, 29, Standish Court, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 2/27/19 for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Must not operate a motor vehicle until reinstated by the RMV. Found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.

Arias A. Bermudez, 35, Springfield. Charges of using a motor vehicle without authority and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual offender. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation until 10/4/18 for pretrial conference. Assessed $150 counsel fee.

Alexander Petroulas, 22, homeless, Turners Falls. Found guilty of improper credit card use under $250, filed with defendant’s consent until 2/27/19. Receiving stolen property under $250, found guilty, filed with defendant’s consent until 2/27/19.

Orange, Aug. 27, Judge Laurie Macleaod

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 33.  Green Street, Athol.  Charged with two counts improper use of a credit card under $250, two counts utter false writing, and larceny under $250. Fisher-Crowley was found Nolle Prosequi on all counts. The assistant district attorney was unwilling to prosecute further as the commonwealth was unable to meet its burden beyond a reasonable doubt.
